Enjoy Creativity | Reach for the Stars

I’m over the moon for the new Reach for the Stars Bundle. Use this adorable bundle to keep your card making simple with the casual card, or step it up and make your cards truly out of this world!

CASUAL
For your Casual card, stamp and die cut the rocket ship, then die cut a few stars into some Night of Navy Cardstock and add Crushed Curry Cardstock to make the stars glow. Then use droplets from the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush to make a few glittery “stars.”

AVID
To make your Avid card, heat emboss the rocket ship with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder, then use a Sponge Dauber to colour the rocket flames with Crushed Curry and Real Red ink. In order to make your ship look like it is flying through space, water down some White Refill Craft Stampin’ Ink on a clear block, then use a Water Painter to splatter the watery ink onto the card front. To finish, die cut stars from the Holographic Trio Specialty Paper.

ARTFULLY AVID
For your artfully avid card, stamp and heat emboss the rocket ship image onto holographic paper to get a more metallic look. For this card, you can really “step up” the galaxy background by blending Azure Afternoon, Berry Burst, Crushed Curry, and Night of Navy in different parts of the card front. Then blend Memento Ink on the edges and over all the card front to tone down the colours.
